The third quarter of 2019: Edgewater experienced a 2.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Edgewater fell by $8,719 while total sales increased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,281 - a 2.5% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Edgewater in the third quarter of 2018.
