Arnold home prices rose in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Arnold rose by $29,500 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $345,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Arnold in the third quarter of 2018.
