The third quarter of 2019: Home prices in Cape St. Claire increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Cape St. Claire rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 13.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the third quarter of 2018.
