What happened to the median home price in Annapolis during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Annapolis rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 25.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 188 homes sold, with a median sale price of $393,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $373,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Annapolis in the third quarter of 2018.
