Mayo home prices fell in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Mayo fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 19.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Mayo in the third quarter of 2018.
