Home prices increased in Briarwood during the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Briarwood rose by $245,363 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,313 - a 47.6% increase over the $514,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Briarwood in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
