Pricing for the median home in Maryland City decreased during the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Maryland City fell by $22,450 while total sales increased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 - a 7.4% decrease over the $304,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Maryland City in the second quarter of 2018.
