The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pasadena fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Pasadena in the second quarter of 2018.
