Rising home prices in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lake Shore rose by $29,950 while total sales decreased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,950 - a 10.1% increase over the $298,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2018.
