Edgewater home prices rose in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Edgewater rose by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $339,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Edgewater in the second quarter of 2018.
