Home prices increased in Paradise Beach during the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Paradise Beach rose by $73,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 25.2% increase over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Paradise Beach in the second quarter of 2018.
