The second quarter of 2019: Home prices in Cape St. Claire increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Cape St. Claire rose by $29,500 while total sales increased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $375,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the second quarter of 2018.
