Pricing for the median home in Annapolis increased during the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Annapolis rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $343,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 182 homes sold in Annapolis in the second quarter of 2018.
