Pricing for the median home in Shady Side decreased during October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Shady Side fell by $61,000 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $316,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Shady Side in October 2018.
