The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Arnold rose by $53,000 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $411,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $358,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Arnold in the second quarter of 2018.
