Briarwood home prices rose in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Briarwood rose by $203,600 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $573,500 - a 55% increase over the $369,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Briarwood in the second quarter of 2018.
