The second quarter of 2019: Home prices in Crownsville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Crownsville fell by $42,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $757,500 - a 5.3% decrease over the $800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Crownsville in the second quarter of 2018.
