Annapolis median home prices fell by 1.1% in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Annapolis fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $371,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Annapolis in October 2018.
