October 2019: Crownsville experienced a 55.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Crownsville rose by $378,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,064,750 - a 55.1% increase over the $686,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Crownsville in October 2018.
