The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Annapolis rose by $2,900 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $393,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $390,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Annapolis in September 2018.
