September 2019: Home prices in Crownsville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Crownsville fell by $150,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $610,000 - a 19.7% decrease over the $760,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Crownsville in September 2018.
