Annapolis median home prices fell by 3.5% in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Annapolis fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 3.5% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Annapolis in August 2018.
