June 2019: Maryland City experienced a 1.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Maryland City rose by $4,277 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $290,723 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Maryland City in June 2018.
