Annapolis median home prices rose by 39.4% in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Annapolis rose by $130,000 while total sales increased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 39.4% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Annapolis in June 2018.
