Home prices decreased in Paradise Beach during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Paradise Beach fell by $70,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 19% decrease over the $367,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Paradise Beach in the first half of 2019.
