Rising home prices in Pasadena in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Pasadena rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 204 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 227 homes sold in Pasadena in the first half of 2019.
