Pricing for the median home in Lake Shore decreased during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Lake Shore fell by $6,450 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 122 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 2% decrease over the $326,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Lake Shore in the first half of 2019.
