The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Maryland City rose by $35,001 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $289,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Maryland City in the first half of 2019.
