The first half of 2020: Home prices in Herald Harbor increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Herald Harbor rose by $22,950 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,900 - a 6.6% increase over the $349,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the first half of 2019.
