The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Annapolis fell by $12,294 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 264 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $392,294 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 294 homes sold in Annapolis in the first half of 2019.
