Home prices decreased in Arnold during the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Arnold fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 197 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $411,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 212 homes sold in Arnold in the first half of 2019.
