Rising home prices in Mayo in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Mayo rose by $14,001 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $413,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Mayo in the first half of 2019.
