Riviera Isle home prices rose in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Riviera Isle rose by $132,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,500 - a 40.5% increase over the $327,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Riviera Isle in the first half of 2019.
