The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Briarwood fell by $9,710 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,290 - a 1.9% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Briarwood in the first half of 2019.
