Rising home prices in Gambrills in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Gambrills rose by $95,250 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $454,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Gambrills in the first half of 2019.
