The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Brooklyn Park rose by $3,900 while total sales increased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $166,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in the second half of 2018.
