Median home prices in Shady Side fell to $293,000 in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Shady Side fell by $2,784 while total sales increased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $295,784 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Shady Side in the second half of 2018.
