Pricing for the median home in Lake Shore increased during the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lake Shore rose by $9,251 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,000 - a 3% increase over the $312,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second half of 2018.
