Home prices decreased in Cape St. Claire during the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Cape St. Claire fell by $8,090 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,910 - a 2.1% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the second half of 2018.
