Annapolis median home prices rose by 11.1% in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Annapolis rose by $39,950 while total sales increased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 352 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,950 - a 11.1% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 270 homes sold in Annapolis in the second half of 2018.
