What happened to the median home price in Herald Harbor during the second half of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Herald Harbor rose by $98,500 while total sales increased by 46.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 27.6% increase over the $356,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Herald Harbor in the second half of 2018.
