Rising home prices in Annapolis Neck in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Annapolis Neck rose by $3,550 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $492,500 - a 0.7% increase over the $488,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the second half of 2018.
