How did home prices perform in Dulls Corner during the second half of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Dulls Corner rose by $157,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $567,000 - a 38.3% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dulls Corner in the second half of 2018.
