The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Glen Burnie fell by $2,225 while total sales increased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 491 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,900 - a 1% decrease over the $227,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 486 homes sold in Glen Burnie in the first half of 2018.
