Home prices decreased in Jessup during the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Jessup fell by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 28.6% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Jessup in the first half of 2018.
