Median home prices in Ferndale rose to $225,000 in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Ferndale rose by $100 while total sales increased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 0% increase over the $224,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Ferndale in the first half of 2018.
