Pasadena home prices rose in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pasadena rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 227 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 267 homes sold in Pasadena in the first half of 2018.
