Lake Shore median home prices rose by 12.6% in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lake Shore rose by $36,450 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,450 - a 12.6% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 162 homes sold in Lake Shore in the first half of 2018.
