Severn home prices rose in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Severn rose by $5,050 while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 311 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $324,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 254 homes sold in Severn in the first half of 2018.
