The first half of 2019: Home prices in Woods Landing fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Woods Landing fell by $47,450 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $392,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Woods Landing in the first half of 2018.
